San Antonio designated hitter Hernan Perez and third baseman Cory Spangenberg each recorded four hits and combined to drive in six runs, while Omaha third baseman Kelvin Gutierrez clubbed his sixth home run of the season in the Missions' 10-3 win over the Storm Chasers on Friday evening at Werner Park.

San Antonio jumped ahead with their three-run opening frame, highlighted by run-scoring knocks from Perez and RF Tyrone Taylor . Perez would later extend that margin to four with his solo shot in the third. Gutierrez ended the Missions' shutout hopes by blasting a solo homer to left-center in the fourth.
San Antonio, however, would strike for a trio of tallies in the seventh, including a two-run double from Spangenberg and an RBI double from Perez, to make it 7-1. The Storm Chasers would later cut the deficit to four via RF Jorge Bonifacio 's RBI single and DH Ryan O'Hearn 's run-scoring double, however the Missions struck back for three more scores in the eighth to extend the advantage to 10-3.
Perez (4-5, 2 R, 2B, HR, 4 RBI) and Spangenberg (4-5, 3 R, 2B, 2 RBI) each collected four knocks apiece in the victory, with Hager (3-5, R, HR, RBI), Taylor (2-4, 2 RBI, BB), SS Mauricio Dubon (2-4, R, 2B, BB) and CF Trent Grisham (2-5, 3 R, BB) adding multi-hit efforts as well. Storm Chasers 1B Samir Duenez (2-3), meanwhile, was the lone batter from the home side to record more than one hit.
San Antonio reliever Miguel Sanchez (1.2 IP, 2 BB) earned the victory, while Omaha southpaw Foster Griffin (5.0 IP, 8 H, 4 R, 3 ER, 2 BB, 4 K) suffered the defeat. Storm Chasers righty Bryan Brickhouse (1.1 IP, K) fired his fourth consecutive scoreless outing to start his Triple-A career.
The two teams are set to continue their three-game set on Saturday evening. First pitch is scheduled for 6:35pm CT at Werner Park.
