Owlz-Voyagers Rubber Match Suspended

Friday night's series finale between the Orem Owlz and the Great Falls Voyagers has been suspended due to a lightning delay that put the game on hold in the 11th inning.

The Owlz were one out away from winning the game by a score of 4-3 in the bottom of the 10th inning before Great Falls tied the score with a solo home run hit by outfielder Craig Dedelow.

After the final out of the 10th was recorded, the game could not be resumed due to unsafe playing conditions.

The resumption of this game between the Owlz and Voyagers is still to be determined.

The Owlz will play their next game on Saturday night, traveling to Dehler Paek to face the Billings Mustangs for the first time this season.

First pitch for the game is scheduled for 6:05 MT, with coverage beginning on the Orem Owlz Baseball Network with the Voice of the Owl, Steven Cusumano, 15 minutes prior to first pitch.
