P-Nats and Blowout Cards-The Fantastic Store Partner on 40th Anniversary Trading Card Set

Woodbridge, VA---The Potomac Nationals and Blowout Cards-The Fantastic Store are excited to unveil the Potomac Nationals' 40th Anniversary Team Card Set, which will be given to the first 1,000 fans who attend the P-Nats' game against the Carolina Mudcats (Milwaukee Brewers) on Saturday, June 24th. Also that night, the P-Nats will present another Super Saturday Fireworks show after the game, as well as host the first Scout Night of the 2017 campaign.
Celebrating the 40th season in franchise history, the P-Nats present a look back at 15 of the best and most notable players in franchise history, ranging from Barry Bonds (1985 Prince William Pirates), to Albert Pujols (2000 Potomac Cannons), to current Washington 3B Anthony Rendon (2012 Potomac Nationals).

The 15-card set is presented by Blowout Cards-The Fantastic Store. In a twist on the normal card sets given out at MiLB games throughout the country, this card set will feature a special "insert" card, which will allow fans to pick up a special 40th Anniversary Bryce Harper card at the location of Blowout Cards-The Fantastic Store. Each of the 1,000 sets handed out on 6/24 will include one of these cards, and fans can take them to the store and trade them for the limited edition Harper card.
The full list of players included in the set covers nearly the entirety of the Potomac franchise, dating back to the 1978 Alexandria Dukes, includes two players on the current Nationals' 25-man roster, multiple P-Nats Hall of Fame members, and many potential future MLB Hall of Fame members.
Once fans enjoy the Saturday night matchup between the P-Nats and Hillcats, they can take the special insert card from their set and bring it to the store to pick up their limited edition Bryce Harper card starting on Tuesday, June 27th. Blowout Cards-The Fantastic Store is located at 14508 Lee Road, Unit F, Chantilly, VA 20151. The store is open Tuesday-Thursday from 1:00pm-6:00pm, Friday from 11:00am-6:00pm, and Saturday from 10:00am-6:00pm. The offer to exchange the insert card from the team set for the Bryce Harper 40th Anniversary card is valid until 12/31/17.
