Day Three: Uncle Slam Spotted at Uncle Julio's and bluberi
Leading up to the unveiling of the rejuvenated Uncle Slam on Saturday, February 16th at Wegmans, the Potomac Nationals are chronicling Slam's whereabouts in Northern Virginia this week with help from tips provided by P-Nats official sponsors and community partners.
Wednesday afternoon, Uncle Slam was spotted throwing back chicken quesadillas and multiple baskets of chips and salsa at his colleague's restaurant, Uncle Julio's in Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center. Slam also indulged in some delicious Camarones Diablos, mesquite grilled jumbo butterflied shrimp, before heading right across the street for dessert with another P-Nats neighborhood partner in the new Stonebridge complex.
Uncle Slam's favorite new dessert items live at bluberi, where delectable, all-natural, non-fat frozen yogurt is what they do great. Since Slam has been working out at the Official Gym of the P-Nats, Gold's Gym Lake Ridge, on the mend from the front office fire of 2012, and filling up on prime cut steak at the All American Steakhouse, it is important for him to patronize non-fat choices.
