P-Nats to Celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Wayne's World on Thursday, July 20th! Party On!

Woodbridge, VA-The Potomac Nationals will pay tribute to the 25th anniversary of the cult-classic film, Wayne's World with a fun-filled tribute night at Pfitzner Stadium on Thursday, July 20th.

If a fan has the legal first name of "Garth" (with proof of identification) and comes to the Extreme Custom Collision Ticket Office on gameday, they will receive two (2) grandstand tickets for every game for the rest of the season! That includes entrance into Wayne's World 25th Anniversary Night at The Pfitz!
Party on, P-Nats fans!
Current or former residents of Aurora, Illinois (with proof of ID) will receive one (1) free grandstand ticket to see the P-Nats' series opening faceoff against the Lynchburg Hillcats (Cleveland Indians) which begins at 7:05pm following a gate opening of 6:00pm.
Fans will be able to purchase up to two (2) $5 grandstand tickets to the Thursday, July 20th P-Nats game if they wear a Chicago Blackhawks National Hockey League sweater jersey (Wayne Campbell and Garth's Algar's favorite team), put on a Wayne's World hat, don a hairnet, or display at least two name tags from current or former jobs.

The Pfitz will offer $1 drinks as part of Thursday Cheers which could bring out some foxy ladies while the Wayne's World official soundtrack will serve as the acoustic backdrop pumping through the ballpark speakers before and during the game…

Wayne and Garth lookalikes who will be worthy will greet fans upon entrance to Pfitzner Stadium and host the night's festivities in a way that will bring Wayne and Garth's cinematic public access television show to life at The Pfitz!   
The Play Ball Kid of the Game will count us down to first pitch at The Pfitz with some help from the Wayne's World Crew who will count down to live baseball then cue the talent with a wheeled pointed finger technique!
The Main Concessions Stand at The Pfitz will be re-branded as "The Gas Works" for the night which will offer premium ballpark fare.
In fact, the Potomac Nationals will have Grey Poupon which will be located at a pair of condiment tables in the Extreme Custom Collision Café Area.   
Of course, red licorice and "Mikita's Donuts" will be available for purchase in the Snack Shack.  
The P-Nats' Kids Zone complete with inflatable and carnival games will be transformed into "Noah's Arcade" for the night…

As part of Thursday Cheers night at Pfitzner Stadium, a Wayne's World Trivia Challenge will be held in the Bullpen Picnic Area down the right-field line.
Fans will be able to show how much they know about the Wayne's World movie universe and win a prize pack courtesy of the Potomac Nationals including two (2) reserved undated tickets, one (1) grab bag Potomac Nationals bobblehead, and one (1) adjustable P-Nats hat per team member (maximum of four members per team).
Several Wayne's World-inspired competitions will be held throughout the P-Nats' game against the Hillcats that will afford fans chances to win the Wayne's World and Wayne's World 2 DVDs in addition to P-Nats tickets.
A "Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen" singing contest will be held in-game.  
There will also be an Air Fender Stratocaster Contest during the game.
A replica of Garth Algar's Mirthmobile will be ready to roll in a race against Uncle Slam on the field.
Wayne and Garth will search for all Baberaham Lincoln's in the house at The Pfitz with a Foxy Lady Search Contest in between innings!
Watch out for big wig record executive and manager, Mr. Sharp! Mr. Sharp from Sharp Records will be at the game somewhere in the seats, and the P-Nats will award his doppleganger with a P-Nats prize pack.
Zang!
Movie clips and sound clips from Wayne's World will complement the game presentation while the P-Nats' and Hillcats' headshots will underscore all the notable main characters and bit players in the film.  
P-Nats fans will also learn a little Cantonese on Thursday night. Baseball vocabulary lessons in Cantonese will be read through the public address system.
Many P-Nats fans may be saying, "Exsqueeze Me? Baking Powder?"
And that's okay because It's Wayne's World! It's Wayne's World! Party time! Excellent!
