Palm Beach will carry 13 pitchers and 12 position players to start the season with two players on the Disabled List. Returning Pitchers in the starting rotation will be Junior Fernandez and Derian Gonzalez. The four following them will be Zac Gallen, Ryan Helsley, Connor Jones, and Jake Woodford. The bullpen will be littered with returning talent from last year's team as Landon Beck, Jacob Evans, Brennan Leitao, and Ian McKinney return to the team. The others joining them will be Tyler Bray, Juan Perez and Ross Vance.

The two players on the receiving end of the battery will be Jeremy Martinez and Jose Godoy. The team will also carry 6 infielders and 4 outfielders on the team. Returning players in the infield will be Danny Diekroeger, Darren Seferina and Edmundo Sosa, while the new faces joining them will be Chris Chinea, Luke Dykstra, and Leobaldo Pina. The outfield corp sees only one returner in Thomas Spitz as Magneuris Sierra, Austin Wilson and Randy Arozarena will be joining him.

The two players starting the 2017 season on the disabled list are both players that were on the roster last season, pitcher Josh Wirsu and infielder Andrew Brodbeck.
