Red Sox Announce Roster Moves

Prior to today's game against the Houston Astros, the Boston Red Sox made the following roster moves:

Left-handed pitcher Luis Ysla and right-handed pitcher Kyle Martin were optioned to Triple-A Pawtucket.

Right-handed pitcher Marcus Walden was reassigned to minor league camp.

President of Baseball Operations Dave Dombrowski made the announcement.

With these moves, the Red Sox now have 49 players in big league camp, including 35 players from the 40-man roster and 14 non-roster invitees.
