Homestand Highlights June 10th - 15th

A BIG homestand is coming up that includes great giveaways, appearances, and fun! It all starts on Tuesday, June 10 at 7:00 p.m., against the Kane County Cougars (Chicago Cubs) for a three-game series. The final two games of the series are scheduled for Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. and Thursday at 7:00 p.m. The homestand wraps up with a three game series against the Clinton LumberKings (Seattle Mariners) starting on Friday, June 13 at 7:00 p.m. The final two games of the series will be Saturday at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:00 p.m.


Details of the promotions featured for the seven game homestand are featured below:


Tuesday, June 10 at 7:00 p.m.; Taco Bell Tuesdays and Silver Sluggers Tuesday Presented by Humana:

            It's a Taco Bell Tuesday, meaning if you have purchased a Doritos Locos Taco the week prior to any Tuesday Chiefs home game, you can use your receipt as a voucher for a free ticket with the purchase of a Chiefs box seat ticket. Members of the Silver Sluggers program receive free admission to Tuesday home games, two vouchers so you can bring you grandkids to a Chiefs game, and a chance to throw out the first pitch of a game.


Wednesday, June 11 at 6:30 p.m.; Postgame Fireworks and Dollar Dog Wins-Days:

            It's a special Wednesday Night Fireworks at the ballpark; make sure to stay after the conclusion of the game to witness the display. Plus, Dollar Dog Wins-Days presented by Eisenberg Hot dogs, ice cream sandwiches, and sodas are all on sale for just $1. Also means it's Chiefs Guaranteed Win Night. A free ticket to a future Monday-Wednesday game is guaranteed if the Chiefs lose.


Thursday, June 12 at 7:00 p.m.; Ladies Night, Diamond Dig, and Thirsty Thursdays Presented by Baumgarten Distributing Company:

            It's Ladies Night at the ballpark where we will be hosting a Diamond Dig presented by Jones Bros. Jewelers. 150 women will be randomly selected and after the game searching the infield for five pairs of diamond earrings that have been buried valued at $1,000 each. Go to to register. Plus of course it's a Thirsty Thursday with 12-ounce domestic draft beers and fountain drinks are both on sale for only $1.


Friday, June 13 at 7:00 p.m.; Postgame Fireworks, Ozzie Smith HOF Bobblehead Giveaway Presented by Auto-Owners Insurance, Fright Night, and Flat Screen Friday Presented by Xfinity:

The first 1,000 fans at the ballpark will receive an Ozzie Smith HOF bobblehead presented by Auto-Owners Insurance. Plus, A Postgame Fireworks Spectacular! It's Friday the 13th at Dozer Park, which means it is Fright Night. It's our second Flat Screen Friday of the 2014 season presented by Xfinity. Simply fill out your name on a sheet of paper at our table by the main gate for a chance to win a flat screen TV.


Saturday, June 14 at 6:30 p.m.; Postgame Fireworks Presented by Pekin Insurance, Ozzie Smith Appearance, IMPR Night, and Dueling Pianos Courtesy of Spanky Entertainment:

            Their will be Postgame Fireworks at Dozer Park presented by Pekin Insurance. Ozzie Smith will be at the ballpark for the 12th annual Legends at the Ballpark. He will be signing small flat items up to 11x13, IPMR Posters and Baseballs for $75. Large Flat Items up to 11x14, Bobbleheads, and Equipment for the price of $100, and will be signing Bats, Jerseys, and Jersey Numbers for $150. There is a $15 Inscription fee. Smith was a 15-time All-Star and winner of 13 consecutive Gold Glove Awards. Dueling Pianos will be playing on the dugouts throughout the course of the game. There will be one on each dugout playing during inning breaks and during the postgame fireworks.


Sunday, June 15 at 2:00 p.m.; Father's Day Chiefs Grill Set Giveaway, Superhero Day, Kids Eat Free Sundays, Pregame Catch on the Field, and Pregame Autographs:

            Come celebrate Father's Day at Dozer Park where the first 1,000 Dads in attendance will receive a free Chiefs Grill Set. It's Superhero Day at the ballpark where we will have appearances from Spiderman and Iron Man. Tickets for kids age 12 and under will be only $5. Kids will also receive a free hot dog, bag of chips, and drink courtesy of PNC. Sundays also feature all fans being able to participate in playing catch on the field before the game, so make sure to bring your glove and a ball. Fans also have the opportunity to receive autographs from their favorite Chiefs players on the field starting at 1:15 in front of the Chiefs dugout.
