David Andrews' appearance rescheduled for July 1

Patriots center to sign autographs and throw out ceremonial first-pitch

PORTLAND, MAINE - New England Patriots' center David Andrews' Hadlock Field appearance, presented by Aura, has been rescheduled for Monday, July 1st when the Portland Sea Dogs host the Trenton Thunder (Yankees) at 7:00 PM.


PORTLAND, MAINE - New England Patriots' center David Andrews' Hadlock Field appearance, presented by Aura, has been rescheduled for Monday, July 1st when the Portland Sea Dogs host the Trenton Thunder (Yankees) at 7:00 PM.

Andrews was originally scheduled to make an appearance at Hadlock Field on May 14th, the appearance was rescheduled due to inclement weather.
Andrews will throw out the ceremonial first-pitch and will be available to sign free autographs on photos provided by the Sea Dogs from 7:00 to 8:00 PM on July 1st.
Andrews is a five-year veteran and was signed by the New England Patriots as a rookie free agent on May 8, 2015. In 2018, he was named a co-captain for the second consecutive season and started at center all 16 regular season games and all three postseason victories. The 26-year old has appeared in 60 games/57 starts in his four-year career.
Andrews appeared in 50 games with 40 starts over his four-year career at Georgia. Also, voted team MVP as well as Associated Press Second Team All-SEC as a senior in 2014. He is the nephew of long-time NFL head coach and player Dan Reeves.
The Sea Dogs, the Double-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, have hosted several Patriots players at Hadlock Field over the past several years including Stephon Gilmore (2018), Jacoby Brissett (2017), Dion Lewis (2016), Malcolm Butler (2015), Shane Vereen (2014), Rob Ninkovich (2013), Patrick Chung (2012), Rob Gronkowski (2011), and Steve Grogan (2008).
