Sea Dogs to host a Marvel’s Defenders of the Diamond Night on July 16

Portland, Maine- Through a special partnership with Minor League Baseball, the Portland Sea Dogs, the Double-A affiliate to the Boston Red Sox, will host a Marvel’s Defenders of the Diamond Night on Saturday, July 16th at 6:00 PM when the Sea Dogs take on the Somerset Patriots (Yankees).

The Sea Dogs will be wearing specially designed Iron Man jerseys, which will be auctioned off to benefit STRIVE.

The night will include a character appearance by Captain Marvel.

All fans are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite Marvel Super Hero. Fans who are dressed up will be able to participate in a special pregame Super Hero parade at 5:15 PM.

Tickets for the July 16th game can be purchased online at seadogs.com, by phone at 207-879-9500, or at the Hadlock Field ticket office. Tickets purchased in advance range between $11 and $13 for adults. While kids (16 and under) and seniors (62 and over) tickets range between $8 and $12. Day of game ticket prices increase by $2.
