Pulaski Yankees statements
March 14, 2020: In light of the uncertainty surrounding the start dates of the 2020 MLB and MiLB seasons, we will be delaying the sale of single game tickets and release of our 2020 promotional schedule to May 1. While we do not yet know how or if the start of short-season leagues will be affected, we will keep you updated as we get more information. We join Minor League Baseball and the entire baseball industry in prioritizing the health and safety of our fans as our chief concern. Stay safe and know that baseball will be back soon.
April 23, 2020: The 2020 Pulaski Yankees season is still expected to begin on June 22. We are in constant communication with the Appalachian League and Minor League Baseball about the season and will provide further updates as needed. At this time, we plan to play our full 68-game slate as originally scheduled. We continue to prioritize the health and safety of our fans and look forward to welcoming everyone back to Motor Mile Field at Calfee Park as soon as it is safe to do so.
In order to allow more time for local businesses to evaluate the current economic climate and finalize plans for theme night and giveaway partnerships, we have delayed the release of the 2020 promotional scheduled to June 1. The on-sale date for single game tickets has also been pushed back to June 1 at 10am. Season tickets and flex tickets remain on sale online at milb.com/pulaski/tickets.
May 12, 2020: With the Major League Baseball owners and players working on a plan to resume Spring Training and start the 2020 season, we are awaiting clarity on when baseball might return. While the details are still being discussed, it appears the best-case scenario for the start of the 2020 MLB season is early July. As such, we are expecting a delayed start to our 2020 season, as we will not start playing prior to MLB. The on-sale date for single game tickets is delayed indefinitely.

I am a season ticket holder. If the start of the season is delayed, what will happen with my tickets?
If the start of the 2020 season is delayed, efforts will be made by the Appalachian League to reschedule games on the back-end of the schedule. If the number of scheduled games is reduced, season ticket holders will be provided a credit in the form of Calfee Cash for the games missed. If the start of the 2020 season is delayed, the Pulaski Yankees will contact all group leaders who had booked an outing for a delayed or rescheduled game and work with them on an individual basis.
Are you still hiring for gameday staff?
No, not at this time. Our job fairs for seasonal employees will no longer take place as originally scheduled in May. We will reevaluate the situation once we have a better understanding of the government regulations and social distancing recommendations that may be in place during the season.
Will planned construction still take place prior to the 2020 season?
No, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, planned upgrades to Motor Mile Field at Calfee Park previously announced on February 13 will NOT take place for the 2020 season. The seating under the canopy along the third baseline will remain general admission seating for the 2020 season. The PSK Party Deck will require its own Party Deck GA ticket for the coming season. While additional concessions carts will not be added for 2020, a "Season Ticket Holder Only" window will be added to the main concession stand to accommodate for the removal of waitress service in club seating behind home plate and improvements are continually being made to enhance the fan experience at all concession points of sale.
