Stadium Operations Assistant 

The River Bandits are looking for a passionate and hardworking individual who is looking to begin a career in Stadium Operations. Our Stadium Operations position is designed for someone who wants to gain first-hand experience at managing a Minor League Baseball team. Under the direction of the Director of Stadium Operations, the stadium operations assistant will assist with managing cleaning crew which consisting of 10 people, Managing Ushers consisting of 20 people, general maintenance of the stadium, oversight of parking operations and helping the grounds and event crew when needed in addtion to ensuring all group areas are setup correctly. Production Internship

This position reports directly to the Production Manager. This person should be an outgoing energetic and creative professional who is a clear self-starter. This position is responsible for assisting the production department with graphics, videos, and game elements. Previous experience with photo and video editing software is required. This person will assist with all elements of our video boards, in house tv feed and more. Contact EvanW@riverbandits.com

 

Groundskeeping Internship

This position reports directly to the Head Groundskeeper. This person should be hard-working and self-motivated. This position assists the Head Groundskeeper in all day-today operations of maintaining the playing surface of Modern Woodmen Park. Modern Woodmen Park is home to the Bandits and Saint Ambrose University. Preferred dates of employment are March 1st to September 30th but can be flexible based on school schedules. Box Office Internship

Our box office internship position is designed for someone who wants to gain first-hand experience with ticketing operations at a Minor League Baseball team. This person reports directly to the Box Office Manager. Candidate should have strong customer service skills, ability to handle conflict and work in a fast pace environment. Further, this person should be detail oriented, organized and have the ability to multitask. Individual's primary responsibilities include management of the 'Will Call' on both game days and non-game days. Contact MikeC@riverbandits.com

Promotions Assistant

The Promotions Assistant will work directly under the Promotions Manager. The Quad Cities River Bandits are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic with a desire to work hard and have fun. The Promotions Assistant's main responsibility is to learn and provide support in promotional elements of the team, nd assist with the management of the promotional team.
