Rainiers, Storm Chasers Postponed Due To Inclement Weather

PAPILLION, Neb. - Tonight's scheduled game between the Tacoma Rainiers and Omaha Storm Chasers at Werner Park has been postponed due to inclement weather.

PAPILLION, Neb. - Tonight's scheduled game between the Tacoma Rainiers and Omaha Storm Chasers at Werner Park has been postponed due to inclement weather.

The game has been rescheduled as part of a doubleheader set for Thursday, May 18 with the first game beginning at 3:05 p.m. PT. Game two will begin approximately 30 minutes following the conclusion of the first game; both contests will be seven innings in length.
Tacoma and Omaha are also slated for a day/night doubleheader on Wednesday at Werner Park. The Rainiers will start left-hander Kyle Hunter (0-0, 4.50) in game one, set for 9:05 a.m. PT, and right-hander Chris Heston (2-1, 3.25) in game two, scheduled for 4:35 p.m. PT. The Storm Chasers starters have not yet been determined.
