Carla Hall to cook here Aug. 18

Celebrity chef and author, Carla Hall, will be hosting a cooking demonstration and signing copies of her new book "Cooking with Love" at Frontier Field on Sunday, August 18 prior to the Red Wings 6:05 p.m. game against the Louisville Bats.

Hall, a co-host on ABC's "The Chew" and fan favorite on Bravo's "Top Chef All-Stars", will be cooking and signing from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on the Frontier Field concourse presented by Wegmans.

A special Sunday night post-game fireworks show and a Thunderstix giveaway have been added to the promotional lineup for that night as well, courtesy of Wegmans.

Tickets are still available for the Wings' Sunday, August 18 game and can be purchased at the Frontier Field Ticket Office, online in our Tickets & Promotions section, or over the phone at (585) 423-WING (9464).

In addition to your game ticket, pick up a free book-signing ticket at any area Wegmans' service desk to reserve your spot to meet Hall. Only one ticket is needed per family (max: 2 adults plus children). Copies of her new book will be available for purchase at Frontier Field on August 18.
