RIVER CATS OPEN EIGHT-GAME HOMESTAND ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 12

Star Wars Night, Superhero Night, Lincoln Brewster concert, & two fireworks shows highlight homestand

 

WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The River Cats return home for their last eight-game homestand of 2014, featuring four games against the Colorado Springs Sky Sox-the Triple-A affiliate of the Colorado Rockies-and a four games against the Oklahoma City RedHawks-the Triple-A affiliate of the Houston Astros. The homestand will feature Star Wars Night, Superhero Night, a Lincoln Brewster concert, and two fireworks shows.

Tuesday, Aug. 12 vs. Colorado Springs Sky Sox - 7:05 p.m.

• Toyota Family Value Tuesday: Come out to the park and enjoy $1 hot dogs and $1 desserts courtesy of Toyota.

Wednesday, Aug. 13 vs. Colorado Springs Sky Sox - 7:05 p.m.

• Wireless Wednesday: Come out to the game and enjoy all of the technological amenities Raley Field has to offer including free WiFi, a mobile ticket entrance, a brand new app, and much more.
• Social Media Night: Celebrate the River Cats social media presence with a game-worn Twitter-themed jersey auction.

Thursday, Aug. 14 vs. Colorado Springs Sky Sox - 7:05 p.m.

• Miller Lite Thirsty Thursday: Enjoy $2 Miller & Miller Lite beer at Raley Field.

Friday, Aug. 15 vs. Colorado Springs Sky Sox - 7:05 p.m.

Saturday, Aug. 16 vs. Oklahoma City RedHawks - 7:05 p.m.

• Sutter Health Fireworks Saturday: Sutter Health is once again partnering with the River Cats to bring you fireworks across the Sacramento skyline after every Saturday home game this season.
• Star Wars Night: May the feeling be with you on this Star Wars-themed night at Raley Field, complete with Star Wars characters, R2-D2 jerseys, and a special Star Wars fireworks show after the game.

Sunday, Aug. 17 vs. Oklahoma City RedHawks - 5:05 p.m.

• K-LOVE Sunday Funday: Kids of all ages will enjoy face painters and balloon artists, and the opportunity to "Run the Bases" on the field after every Sunday home game.
• Faith & Family Night: The River Cats will be hosting Faith & Family Night featuring a postgame concert by Lincoln Brewster presented by K-LOVE.

Monday, Aug. 18 vs. Oklahoma City RedHawks - 7:05 p.m.

• Cache Creek Baseball Bingo Monday: Try your luck at baseball bingo every Monday at Raley Field, courtesy of Cache Creek Casino Resort.
