WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The 2014 Sacramento River Cats schedule-complete with home start times-is now official as the club makes a run at its 12th division championship in 15 seasons.

After finishing the 2013 season with the third-best record in the Pacific Coast League, the River Cats embark on another 144-game slate including 72 home games at Raley Field. The team's 2014 home schedule is highlighted by a doubleheader on Sunday, April 13, and eight games against the PCL's newest team, the El Paso Chihuahuas. The River Cats will also have home games on Mother's Day, Father's Day and July 3. Other highlights include a visit from the Triple-A National Champion Omaha Storm Chasers, 11 Friday home games, 10 Saturday home games, and a stretch of 12 home games in 13 days in the middle of May.

The 2014 season will be Sacramento's first in the Pacific North Division, putting the team in the same division as the rival Reno Aces and Tacoma Rainiers, along with long-time division foe Fresno Grizzlies-the Triple-A Affiliate of the San Francisco Giants. As a result of the division realignment, the River Cats now play the Albuquerque Isotopes-Triple-A Affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers-16 times, and will play the Colorado Springs Sky Sox just four times.

The 2014 schedule with home start times is attached. The start times for Sacramento's road games have not yet been announced by the Pacific Coast League.
