CHARLESTON, SC - RiverDogs President and General Manager Dave Echols has announced the hiring of two new sales representatives to the RiverDogs front office staff. Serg Saradjian and Michael Ryan have joined the sales staff, and will work to increase sales with the new Riley Park Club as well as other ticket packages as they complement a staff dedicated to setting another attendance record.
"I have no doubt that Serg and Michael will help our sales efforts," said Echols. "The experience they have already received within the Goldklang Group sales training call center will make them both a great fit here in Charleston."
Ryan generated business to business sales over the past year while selling for the teams within the Goldklang ownership as an Inside Sales Account Manager at the group's call center in Fishkill, N.Y. Ryan graduated York college of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management. In 2016, Ryan worked as a box office representative for the New York Cosmos Soccer Club, selling individual game tickets and assisting with marketing groups in promotional strategies.
Saradjian most recently spent time within the Goldklang Group, also as an Inside Sales Account Manager in New York. He is a graduate of Nichols College with a degree in Business Administration. During his final semester at college, Saradjian interned with Boston College Athletics in the sports marketing department. He assisted with the development and execution of brand and partnership marketing strategies.
With their new staff additions, Charleston continues a homestand facing the Augusta GreenJackets, the Class A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, concluding with a July 3 Fireworks Super Show on Monday night at The Joe.
RiverDogs tickets, including options for the all-new Riley Park Club, are now available and can be secured by contacting the box office at (843) 577-DOGS (3647) or online at www.riverdogs.com. Those that can't make it to the park can follow every pitch of the RiverDogs season on WTMA 1250 AM in the tri-county area or by streaming online at riverdogs.com and the TuneIn Radio App by searching "RiverDogs."
