TEAM STORE SALES ASSOCIATE
Works only on game days and must be able to work at least three games per week. Spends entirety of the baseball game in the Team Store. Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work late nights. Supports the Director of Merchandising and the Team Store staff in maintaining an efficient, successful, and visually pleasing store front. Cultivates and enhances the customers’ buying experience through customer service skills, attention to detail, and readiness to assist. Contributing to that experience from initial contact to demonstration of product and thus to sales transaction. Must have a ready-to-learn personality, be able to use/learn how to use technology, including but not limited to the POS system. Helps to maintain a stocked, straightened, clean and customer ready storefront. Represents not only the Team Store, but the Rochester Red Wings as a whole, by being professional, respectful, responsible, hardworking, and positive.
