PARKING
General parking is available in the designated area west of the stadium; price is $5.00 per vehicle unless it's a $2 Tuesday. Complimentary parking for season ticket holders (pass required) is located on the north east side of the stadium, accessed by the second stadium entrance at the intersection of Barnes Road and Charlotte Parkway. No refunds or credits for parking will be issued. The parking lots open 2 hours before game time, unless advertised or announced differently.
Parking for individuals with disabilities are available in both the North East lot off of Barnes and Charlotte and the Main lot off of Tutt. A valid state issued disabled parking permit and/or a disabled license plate must be displayed to park in this area.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
No alcoholic beverages may be brought through any gate into UCHealth Park nor may any alcoholic beverages be taken out of the facility. Colorado law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21; proper age identification is required for anyone purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages at UCHealth Park. Anyone deemed to be intoxicated will be refused further alcoholic beverage purchases. Drink responsibly and PLEASE DON'T DRINK & DRIVE.
SMOKING
UCHealth Park is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is only permitted outside the gates where ashtrays are provided for your convenience.
CHEWING TOBACCO
Guests may chew tobacco in any area of the ballpark. All guests must spit into a cup at all times and dispose of the waste in a trash container.
TAILGATING
While tailgating is permitted at UChealth Park, traffic lanes must be kept clear at all times. Tents, tables, and other tailgating equipment cannot be staked the asphalt or grassy areas surrounding the Vibes parking lots. Only the use of propane grills is permitted. Please remember that consumption of alcoholic beverages in a public place is prohibited (Colorado Statute 12-47-128 [1][H]).
ACCESSIBILITY
Seating is available for handicapped fans and their companions at the top of reserved sections 204, 205, 208 and 209, located under the canopy on the concourse and at the top of box seat section 107, 108, 111, and 112. Reserved seating is on the entrance level of the facility. Elevator access to the box seat sections can be found on the Picnic Terrace at the end of the 1st baseline. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to ask any Vibes usher or staff member.
LOST & FOUND
Any items or valuables found should be turned in at the Fan Center near the main entrance.
AUTOGRAPHS
Before and after each game, players are most accessible for autographs at the end of the first and third base concourses. Players are not available for autographs during the game.
BANNERS
Banners and signs are welcome at UChealth Park. They may not be hung or displayed in any way that interferes with the sight line of any player or umpire, or obstructs the view of any fan. Stadium management reserves the right to remove any banner that is viewed to be in bad taste or is causing an obstruction. FOUL BALLS & BATS
Fans are permitted to keep any foul ball that is hit into the seating area of the stadium. Bats that enter the stand are the property of the player. If a bat enters the stands, it is the player's option on whether he wants the bat back. Fans are not permitted on the field or in other posted areas to retrieve balls and/or bats - violators will be ejected from the stadium.
CARRY IN ITEMS
No food, beverages (factory sealed bottled water and empty Nalgene type bottles are allowed), glass bottles, cans, coolers, alcoholic beverages, fire arms and other weapons, knives, fireworks, bullhorns or noise makers, beach balls, balloons, and other inflatables, skateboards, roller boards, or shoes with wheels (heely's), squirt guns or super soakers, laser pointers, lawn chairs or pets (except certified assistance dogs) may be brought into the stadium. To ensure the safety of fans, players, and employees, all containers and bags are subject to inspection.
Umbrellas are permitted in UChealth Park; however, an umbrella may only be used if, when open, it provides protection only to the guest holding it and does not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game or event or compromise other guests' ability to view the game or event. Large and/or golf umbrellas are not permitted in the Stadium. guests may be asked to close their umbrella if it is obstructing the view of other guests.
CLOTHING
Guests are prohibited from wearing or displaying profane or offensive materials. This includes, but is not limited to, clothing, tattoos, body art or anything displayed on a guest's body that is deemed as profane or offensive by management. A guest may be asked to remove, reverse, cover or add clothing so the image or wording is no longer visible. Clothing which conceals a guest's face is prohibited, including but not limited to, costumes and masks.
FAN BEHAVIOR
Any patron(s) displaying the following conduct will be subject to ejection from the stadium:
- Interfering with other guests' ability to enjoy the game
- Using foul or abusive language or gestures
- Wearing obscene or indecent clothing
- Appearing impaired/intoxicated
- Interfering with the progress of the game or going on to the field (also subject to arrest)
- Sitting in seats for which they are not properly ticketed
FIREARMS & WEAPONS
No firearms or other weapons are allowed on UChealth Park premises.
COLORADO BASEBALL SPECTATOR LAW
Under Colorado law, a spectator of professional baseball assumes the risk of any injury to person or property resulting from any of the inherent dangers and risks of such activity and may not recover from an owner of a baseball team or an owner of a stadium where professional baseball is played for injury resulting from the inherent dangers and risks of observing professional baseball, including but not limited to being struck by a baseball or a baseball bat (Colorado Baseball Spectator Safety Act of 1993). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Guests assume all risks and danger incidental to the game of baseball, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual playing of the game, including without limitation, injury from thrown bats, fragments thereof, thrown or batted balls and spectator conduct. Guests agree that neither the Vibes, the opposing team, their respective players and agents, nor Minor and Major League Baseball shall be liable for injuries or damages caused by such risks or dangers.
FIRST AID
In the event first aid services are needed, please immediately inform an usher, security person, or staff member. The first aid room is located on the concourse just inside the main entrance. Personnel trained in emergency medical assistance are on duty for all home games.
