Charlie Culberson Bobblehead, Hank Aaron Jersey, & Post-Game Fireworks Highlight Next Week's Homestand at State Mutual Stadium

Before they open next week’s home series against the Asheville Tourists, the Rome Braves would like to note several promotions for the upcoming homestand. Fans can enjoy daily promotions, giveaways, and one firework night during the six-game set.

Tuesday, July 27- $2 Tuesday
The Rome Braves will open their second series against the Asheville Tourists in Floyd County with a Tuesday night matchup at State Mutual Stadium. Gates will open at 6 p.m. and first pitch is set for 7 p.m. Tuesday’s daily promotion is $2 Tuesday, in which fans can receive $2 off any bowl ticket or purchase hot dogs, popcorn, 12oz fountain drinks, and domestic draft beer for $2 each.

Wednesday, July 28- Charlie Culberson Bobblehead (500), All-You-Can-Eat Wednesday
The second showdown of the week-long series will start at 7 p.m. Wednesday. The 28th will mark the first of back-to-back nights for the Charlie Culberson Bobblehead Giveaway at State Mutual Stadium. The first 500 fans through the gates will receive a bobblehead of Rome, GA, native and current major leaguer Charlie Culberson. The bobblehead is presented by Summit Hill Foods/Louisiana Hot Sauce. The ticket offer is All-You-Can-Eat Wednesday. Those who purchase the All-You-Can-Eat Ticket Package (starting at $36) can enjoy unlimited concession items such as hamburgers, hot dogs, popcorn, and soda. A limit of two items are permitted each trip to the concession stand.

Thursday, July 29- Charlie Culberson Bobblehead Giveaway (500), Thirsty Thursday
Rome and Asheville play their third of six games on Thursday evening. Gates will open at 6 p.m. and game-time is slated for 7 p.m. The first 500 fans through the gates on Thursday night will receive a Charlie Culberson bobblehead as well. Thirsty Thursday will also be celebrated on the 29th, as fans can purchase 12oz domestic draft beer and fountain drinks for $2 each.

Friday, July 30- Hank Aaron Replica Jersey Giveaway (755)
As we enter the weekend, the Braves and Tourists will likely still be jockeying for position in the six-game series. Friday’s matchup will start at 7 p.m. while the gates will open at 6 p.m. Aside from just expecting to see a great High-A East South clash, fans should plan to get to the game early for another fantastic giveaway. The first 755 fans through the gates will receive a 1974 Hank Aaron #44 replica jersey. The jersey giveaway is presented by AGC Pediatrics.

Saturday, July 31- Post-Game Fireworks
Asheville and Rome play their penultimate contest of the series on Saturday night at State Mutual Stadium. Gates open at 5 p.m. and first pitch is set for 6 p.m. The Rome Braves will celebrate the unofficial end of summer with post-game fireworks. The fireworks show will start shortly after the game concludes and is being presented by Chick-Fil-A.

Sunday, August 1- Family Fun Day
The R-Braves conclude the week-long series against the Tourists with a Sunday afternoon showdown in Rome. Gates open at 1 p.m. and the matchup will start at 2 p.m. Sunday’s game highlight is Family Fun Day. The Family Fun Day Pack includes four tickets, four hamburgers, four sodas, and four popcorns. The package, which has a value of over $100, can be purchased by fans for just $50. Fans must purchase the ticket package ahead of time, though, as there are no day-of purchases available for the Family Fun Day Pack.
