'Riders set 2014 entertainment audition dates

FRISCO, TEXAS (OCTOBER 8, 2013) - The Frisco RoughRiders will be holding auditions for their 2014 entertainment team on November 16, 2013 at Dr Pepper Ballpark. The 'Riders are seeking additional members of "The CREW," the team's game day entertainment squad, and mascot performers.

The CREW is the heart and soul of the RoughRiders' entertainment at Dr Pepper Ballpark. Ideal candidates are people ages 16 and older who are fun, energetic, outgoing, responsible and will help generate excitement among fans. Auditions for The CREW will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2013 from 12 - 2 p.m. and mascot performers from 2 - 4 p.m. at Dr Pepper Ballpark. 

To try out, candidates need to pre-register by calling or e-mailing Regina Pierce, Director of Game Entertainment, to secure an audition time slot. Experience is not required, as extensive training will be provided for the chosen candidates. After pre-registering, candidates are asked to wear comfortable clothing to their try-out and bring a smile and a willingness to have fun.
