Summary
Akron outfielder Dorssys Paulino jacked a clutch go-ahead three-run home run to lift the RubberDucks to a 6-4 win over the Erie SeaWolves Saturday night at Canal Park.

Turning Point
Akron's Bobby Bradley hit a leadoff single to start the eighth inning followed by a double by shortstop Yu Chang to put runners in scoring position for Dorssys Paulino. Paulino delivered, clobbering a three-run homerun down the left field line to give the Ducks the late 6-4 lead.
Winging It
RubberDucks southpaw starter Luis Lugo tossed 5.1 innings, settling in after giving up his only two runs in the first inning. Erie's A.J. Simcox hit a two-run homer in the top of the first and Lugo settled in and struck out six. Erie starter Matt Hall struck out seven, allowing two earned runs on four hits. In relief for the Ducks lefty David Speer worked 1.1 scoreless allowing three hits. Erie would retake the lead in the top of the eighth off Akron reliever Jordan Milbrath when catcher Tim Remes hit a two-run single into right field. Milbrath would earn his third win of the season, coming back out to work a 1,2,3 ninth inning following the Paulino home run. Milbrath worked 2.1 allowing three hits and two runs.
Duck Tales
Akron loaded the bases in the second inning when Bobby Bradley walked, Yu Chang and Dorssys Paulino singled. Chang and Paulino would score when Luigi Rodriguez hit into a fielders choice. A throwing error on Erie's shortstop A.J. Simcox would allow the second run to score. Infielder Tyler Krieger hit an RBI double in the fourth, scoring Yu Chang all the way from first giving the Ducks a 3-2 lead. It was Krieger's 25th double of the season, which is tied for 1st on the team. Outfielder Dorssys Paulino went 2-for-4, with the clutch home run, three RBI and two runs scored. Shortstop Yu Chang went 2-for-3 on the night scoring three times.
