LYNCHBURG, Virginia (April 10, 2019) - For the third-straight game the Red Sox marked the first run of the night but Lynchburg, led by a 3-run homer in the third, pushed back with a 14 hit attack to win 10-3 in the series rubber match.

How it Happened
* Ryan Fitzgerald led off the third inning with a triple, his fourth consecutive extra base hit and subsequently scored on a Pedro Castellanos single for an early 1-0 Salem lead.

* Salem answered with runs in the fourth and fifth, scoring on a wild pitch and a Fitzgerald sacrifice fly to cut the lead 5-3.
* Lynchburg batted around again in the fifth, posting another four-run frame capped by an Oscar Gonzalez 2-RBI double to pull ahead 9-3.
* The final Hillcats run crossed in the eighth inning on a Steven Kwan groundout for a 10-3 final.

Standout Sox
* Ryan Fitzgerald: 2-for-3, RBI, R, 3B
