SOUTH BEND, IN - An annual tradition continues at Four Winds Field in 2018 as the South Bend Cubs offer an exclusive Opening Night VIP package on Saturday, April 7 as the Cubs face the West Michigan Whitecaps. First pitch is scheduled at 7:05 p.m.

The VIP package, presented by Budweiser will go on sale to the public on Monday, March 5 at 10:00 a.m. ET. Individual-game tickets for all home games go on sale on March 7 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
The Budweiser Opening Day VIP Package includes:

  • A seat in the Budweiser Picnic Garden
  • Two hour all-you-can-eat ballpark buffet (includes soda)
  • Two drink vouchers (must be at least 21 years old)
  • One South Bend Cubs '47 Brand hat

"We anticipate the Opening Night VIP Package to sellout extremely quickly once again," said South Bend Cubs Team President Joe Hart. "The last three years, this package sold out the same day it went on sale and we've sold out our home opener. I anticipate this to be the case again this season."
Only 200 VIP Packages will be available. The Opening Day package, valued at $66, will be available for only $35 and can be purchased by calling (574) 235-9988 or visiting the South Bend Cubs Main Office. Ticket packages will not be available online.

The South Bend Cubs are the Class A minor league affiliate of the 2016 World Series Champion Chicago Cubs. Over the past 30 seasons, the team has won five Midwest League titles, most recently in 2005, and has captured 12 division titles.
