Game Off: Sunday's finale postponed

RailRiders and Mud Hens to make up game next weekend

MOOSIC, Pa. (May 12, 2019) - Sunday afternoon's game between Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and Toledo, scheduled for 1:05 p.m. at PNC Field, has been postponed due to inclement weather.

The Mud Hens took game one of the series Friday night and the RailRiders rebounded with a 5-1 win on Saturday afternoon. Today's postponed game will be made up next weekend as part of a doubleheader when Scranton/Wilkes-Barre travels Toledo.
After an off-day Monday, the RailRiders open a three-game set in Indianapolis on Tuesday evening before taking on Toledo four times in three days between May 17 and 19.
Scranton/Wilkes-Barre begins a three game homestand on May 21 against the Pawtucket Red Sox. The first 2,004 fans wearing Boston Red Sox or Pawsox gear that visit the E-Auto Box Office before May 21 will receive a free ticket to the first game of the series as the RailRiders make good on a friendly 2018 ALDS wager.  For tickets or more information, visit swbrailriders.com.
