The Mahoning Valley Scrappers are pleased to announce the Paul Warfield Bobblehead giveaway on Saturday, August 5 presented by Toyota of Warren and 21 WFMJ.
Warfield graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in Warren, Ohio in 1960. He was a star running back and defensive back for the Panthers. He graduated from Ohio State University, where he was a two-time All-Big Ten halfback in 1962 and 1963. Warfield played for the Cleveland Browns as a wide receiver from 1964 to 1969. In 1970, he was traded to the Miami Dolphins and helped them attain the NFL's first and only undefeated season. In his 13 NFL seasons, Warfield was in the Pro Bowl eight times and named All League six times. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1983. Fans can guarantee a Paul Warfield bobblehead by purchasing the package.
