Sea Dogs to Host Soap Opera Night on June 26th

Portland, Maine- The Portland Sea Dogs will host Soap Opera night at Hadlock Field featuring DayTime Emmy award winner Steve Burton on Monday, June 26th when the Sea Dogs host the New Hampshire Fisher Cats at 7:00 PM. 

Steve Burton is best known for his roles as Jason Morgan on General Hospital and Dylan McAvoy on the Young and the Restless. He is a two time Day Time Emmy award winner. In 2017, he earned the Day Time Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his work on the Young and the Restless. In 1998 he was the recipient of a Daytime Emmy award in for his role as Jason on General Hospital. He is also the recipient of four Soap Opera Digest awards including Hottest Male Star in 1999.
Burton will throw out the ceremonial first-pitch and will be available for free autographs from 7:15 to 8:00 PM.
Additionally, the Sea Dogs will be hosting a VIP reception with Steve Burton in the Park Avenue Plaza Picnic Area at Hadlock Field. Tickets for the VIP reception are $26.00 and include your ticket to the game, an all -you-can-eat picnic (served up to 8:00 PM), photo opportunities with Steve Burton from 6:30 to 6:55 PM, and a signed photo.
