The Harrisburg Senators fell to the Bowie Baysox 15-6 in ten innings Saturday night at FNB Field. The Senators had the Baysox down to their final out in the ninth but were unable to close out the win.

Corban Joseph started the scoring in the first with a solo home run off Senators starter Luis Reyes. The Senators tied the game in the bottom of the frame against Bowie starter Hunter Harvey on a sacrifice fly by Jacob Wilson.
Harvey threw just two innings and allowed the lone run on two hits.
After Cedric Mullins homered in the third, the Senators took the lead with a pair of runs in the third, first on another sacrifice fly by Wilson, and followed by a Kelvin Gutierrez RBI single.
The tug-of-war continued in the fourth when the Baysox retook the lead in the top half, scoring three runs on a wild pitch and a two run-double by Joseph. In the bottom of the frame Jake Lowery crushed a two-run home run to right to knot the game again at 5-5.
Reyes did not factor in the decision after allowing five runs on six hits across his five innings.
The Senators jumped back ahead in the bottom of the sixth. With Zach Collier at second on a double, Osvaldo Abreu grounded a ball to second that was misplayed by second baseman Adrian Marin which allowed Collier to score all the way from second.
The Senators remained ahead 6-5 until the ninth. With two outs in the frame and Dakota Bacus pitching, Corban Joseph singled to left-center and Mullins, who was at first base and running with the pitch, was able to score the tying run.
After a scoreless bottom of the ninth, the Baysox erupted for nine runs on seven hits in a thirteen batter tenth to go up 15-6 and put the game out of reach.
Bacus (0-1) surrendered nine runs, seven earned, in one and a third innings of relief and received the loss.
Paul Fry (2-0) tossed the final one and two-thirds innings to earn the win.
Eight of the nine of the Senators starters recorded a hit, with Daniel Johnson and Lowery each finishing with a pair of hits. Lowery and Wilson led the Senators with two RBI each.
The Senators and Baysox finish the three game series Sunday afternoon at FNB Field. Wirkin Estevez starts for the Senators opposite Bowie starter Michael Kelly. First pitch is scheduled for 1:30 at FNB Field.
