SALISBURY, MD - Due to inclement weather across the Chesapeake region, the Delmarva Shorebirds-Columbia Fireflies doubleheader for Friday night has been cancelled. The games will not be made up.

Any fans who have tickets for the cancelled games may exchange them at the Shorebirds Box Office for any other regular season home game, based on availability.

The Shorebirds open the second leg of their homestand on Saturday night against the Greenville Drive. First pitch is set for 7:05 p.m. with gates opening at 6:00. Saturday marks the third postgame fireworks show of the year, presented this time by Allen Harim. It's also another Hit the Books Night presented by Dr. James Crouse at the Brace Place. The Shorebirds will wear special pink jerseys as part of the PRMC Pink Pitch night. Pregame coverage on Fox Sports AM 960 and the MiLB First Pitch app begins at 6:50 p.m. with Will DeBoer on the call.
