Shorebirds Annual Cookies with Claus Event on Saturday Dec. 6

Salisbury, MD- The Delmarva Shorebirds, Class "A" affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles, are excited to announce their annual "Cookies with Claus" event will be held on Saturday, December 6, from 10am-12pm in the Executive Club at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium.

The Shorebirds have once again partnered with U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots program. All attendees are encouraged to bring a new and unwrapped toy to Cookies with Claus. The toys will be distributed as gifts to the less fortunate children on the Eastern Shore. In 2013 the Toys for Tots program distributed over 11,500 toys to over 6,200 children on the Lower Eastern Shore.

Santa Claus and Sherman Claus will be in attendance and the Shorebirds' Executive Club will be decorated in the holiday spirit. Each family will have ample opportunity to take photographs with Santa Claus and Sherman in front of the Shorebirds' Christmas tree. Coloring stations will also be set up for children and cookies, coffee and hot chocolate will also be served.
