Shorebirds to Host Short Series with Bark in the Park, $0.25 Hotdogs

SALISBURY, Md. -- The Delmarva Shorebirds, Class-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles, will host a three day series from Monday, May 22nd through Wednesday, May 24th against the Hagerstown Suns with great promotions for all fans to enjoy.

Every Monday home game throughout the 2017 season is a 47 ABC 2 Buck Monday. Fans can enjoy $2 Upper Reserved tickets, $2 hotdogs, and $2 fountain Pepsi products.

Make sure to bring your dog with you to the game on Tuesday, as it is Bark in the Park Night, in partnership with Delmarva Unleashed! The Shorebirds just ask that you clean up after your canine friend. The Shorebirds will also be selling hotdogs for just $0.25 each on Tuesday, May 23rd! Come on out and eat to your heart's content! Every Tuesday home game is also McDonald's Two for Tuesday. Bring a McDonald's receipt to the box office for a buy one, get one free offer on Shorebirds Upper Reserved tickets. In addition, for each receipt redeemed at the Shorebirds box office, the Shorebirds will donate $1 to the Ronald McDonald House.

Wednesday, May 24th is the Shorebirds' third Field of Dreams Day with a game that starts at 10:35 AM for area schools to enjoy, presented by Chesapeake Health Care. Every Wednesday home game is also a Silver Slugger Wednesday, presented by Coastal Home Care.

The games on Monday, May 22nd and Tuesday, May 23rd are both scheduled to start at 7:05 PM with gates opening at 6:00 PM. Wednesdays game is scheduled to start at 10:35 AM with gates opening at 9:30 AM. Buy tickets online at

The Delmarva Shorebirds are the Class "A" Affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles. The Shorebirds are owned by 
7th Inning Stretch, LLC, the same company that owns the Stockton Ports of the California League and the Everett AquaSox of the Northwest League.

The Shorebirds celebrated their 20th season in 2015, and have entertained nearly five million fans since beginning play at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium in Salisbury, Md. in 1996. The team has captured South Atlantic League titles in 1997 and 2000 while successfully hosting the South Atlantic League All-Star Game in 1999 and 2011.
