PEARL, MS - Monday night's scheduled game between the Biloxi Shuckers and Mississippi Braves at Trustmark Park has been postponed by rain. The game will be made up as part of a Tuesday doubleheader beginning at 11:00 am. The twin bill will feature a pair of seven-inning games, with game two starting approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the regularly scheduled game one.
Monday's rainout marks the eighth postponement due to rain this season, all of which have occurred since May 3. Tuesday's doubleheader will be Biloxi's seventh, having posted a 9-2 record in those contests with four doubleheader sweeps this season. The Shuckers have won eight of their last nine games and are 21-22 in the second-half and 57-55 overall this season. The Shuckers trail first place Mobile by 2.0 games in the south division standings with 27 games to play.

The Shuckers return to MGM Park on Thursday for a five-game homestand with the Chicago Cubs affiliate Tennessee Smokies.
