Jupiter Holds Off Mets 4-2

Jupiter had a three-run first inning and held off the Mets 4-2 on Saturday at Roger Dean Stadium. 

Alex Panteliodis (6-5) surrendered three first-inning runs, before settling into the game. Heallowed four runs in 7 2/3 innings. Randy Fontanez recorded the final out of the eighth inning, striking out Ryan Goetz with runners at first and second to end the threat. 

T.J. Rivera's RBI double scored Kyle Johnson in the third inning to cut the deficit to 4-1. Kevin Plawecki's RBI fielder's choice made it 4-2. 

The Mets will visit Jupiter on Sunday at Roger Dean Stadium at 5:05 p.m. Michael Fulmer will make the start for the Mets.
