Mets and Hammerheads cancelled on Thursday

Teams will not make up game, Mets off for All Star break

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (June 15, 2017) - Thursday's series finale between the St. Lucie Mets and Jupiter Hammerheads at First Data Field has been cancelled due to rain and unplayable field conditions.
 
The game will not be made up since it was the final scheduled meeting for the teams in the first half.
 
Fans with tickets to Thursday's game can exchange those for tickets to any other game this season except for July 4. For $1 fans can upgrade to fireworks games.
 
The Mets (30-34) are off for the next three days for the Florida State League All Star break. The season will resume on Monday with a four-game series at the Daytona Tortugas.
