PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - The St. Lucie Mets are home for three days in a row starting Friday. The three-game home stand at First Data Field features the Mets taking on the Dunedin Blue Jays (Toronto).
Despite the brevity of the series, there is plenty of action around the ballpark. Highlighting the home stand is Bark in the Park on Friday, Scouts Night on Saturday and Vets at the Mets on Sunday.
Below is a full list of happenings over the three days at First Data Field.
Friday - 6:30 p.m.
-Bark in the Park: Bring your furry friend to the game! Dog tickets are $2 with proceeds going to the St. Lucie County Humane Society.
-Family Fun Night: All Klutch's Kids Crew members receive free admission. It is free to sign up for the Kids Club this year. Contact Kasey Blair at firstname.lastname@example.org to register today.
-Fun Run Around the Bases for kids 12-and-under after the game.
Saturday - 6:30 p.m.
-Scouts Night: Any Boy Scout or Cub Scout can register to camp out on the First Data Field outfield after the game. For more information contact email@example.com.
Sunday - 1:00 p.m.
-Vets at the Mets: It's the annual Vets at the Mets day honoring all veterans and active military. There will be a pregame motorcycle parade.
-Sunday Brunch: Fans can get a ticket to the game and enjoy brunch in the covered terrace level for $20 day of ($17 in advance). Brunch items include an omelet station, meat carving station, eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, fruit, danishes and more.
