Bridgewater, NJ -- The Somerset Patriots (62-39) outlasted the Binghamton Rumble Ponies (39-62) in a Sunday night thriller, winning 8-6 on the heels of Brandon Lockridge's 10th homer of the season.

Entering the eighth inning trailing 6-5 in the game, Lockridge sent a three-run home run over the left field wall, Somerset's third homer of the game which acted as the winning blow.
