Zorros de Somerset Return On July 7
Bridgewater, New Jersey – The Somerset Patriots, the New York Yankees Double-A affiliate, will play their fourth game as Zorros de Somerset on Thursday, July 7 versus Cangrejos Fantasmas de Chesapeake (Bowie Baysox, Baltimore Orioles). Game time is scheduled for 7:05 pm.

The first 1,500 fans in attendance will receive a Zorros de Somerset Drawstring Bag presented by New Jersey Realtors.
There will be a pre-game performance by Alborada Spanish Dance Theatre of New Brunswick at 6:30 pm on the field.
Made-to-order tacos will be available at the Copa Stand behind section 212 courtesy of Mozzarella Italian & Mexican Food.
The ballpark will once again be decked out as part of the celebration. It will be the final day for kids to decorate “Spanish Tiles” based on the colors of the Zorros that will be displayed in an end of season mosaic.
The Zorros will also be raffling off baseballs signed by three Latin players from the 2022 team.
Throughout the game, music from Latin-American artists will be played to entertain fans.
Zorros de Somerset, Spanish for Somerset Foxes, is a nod to a fox that frequently visited TD Bank Ballpark throughout 2020. The elusive animal was only seen on security camera footage and pictures from afar until it made a grand entrance right before the start of the Patriots press conference announcing the partnership with the Yankees.
"Copa de la Diversión," or "Fun Cup," is a season-long event series specifically designed to embrace the culture and values that resonate most with participating teams' local U.S. Hispanic/Latino communities.
