SOUTH BEND, IN - Tuesday nights at Four Winds Field are once again shaping up to be a great opportunity for fans to experience South Bend Cubs baseball with a special $2 ticket offer, courtesy of MetroPCS.
The return of the popular weekday promotion $2 Tuesday was an aspect mentioned consistently in end of the year fan surveys. Thanks to the underwriting of MetroPCS, the organization is excited to offer this deal for more Tuesday home games in 2019.
"As part of our end of season NPS (Net Promotor Score) surveys, there were some fans who asked that we expand our $2 Tuesday promotion," South Bend Cubs Vice President and General Manager Nick Brown said. "We value our fans input and have added an additional three nights to the promotion. With this special ticket offer, we also hope it encourages new fans and guests to come experience the great amenities and atmosphere that Four Winds Field has to offer."
In order to redeem the $2 Tuesday ticket offer, fans must visit SouthBendCubs.com and purchase their tickets at least 24 hours in advance of the select $2 Tuesday games. On game day, tickets will go back to their normal prices. The $2 Tuesday ticket offer is valid on April 16, May 7, May 28, June 4, and August 6. The deal excludes games on June 11, July 2, July 30, and the Midwest League All-Star Game on June 18. The $2 offer does not include online processing fees and is only available online.
The South Bend Cubs open the season at home against the West Michigan Whitecaps. Gates open at 5:00 p.m. and first pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. The first 2,500 ticketed fans through the gates will receive a 2019 South Bend Cubs magnet schedule and will be treated to a special Opening Night fireworks show.
