2011 Spikes outfielder Jose Osuna made his major league debut with the Pittsburgh Pirates on Tuesday, making him the 43rd Spikes alum to reach the big leagues on the Road to the Show, presented by HRI, Inc.
Osuna was called up earlier in the day, and pinch-hit in the pitcher's spot in the seventh inning against the St. Louis Cardinals. The 24-year-old grounded into a double play in his lone at-bat of the game.
