Indians and Chiefs to Hold Open Tryouts for On-Field Host and Team Mascots

Spokane, WA - The Spokane Indians baseball team and Spokane Chiefs hockey team are looking for an On-Field Host, an On-Ice Host and Team Mascots. Both teams will be holding open tryouts on Thursday, May 9th from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Avista Stadium. A resume is required, but previous experience is not.

The Indians' On-Field Host must be a high-energy individual who is comfortable speaking in front of large groups. The On-Field Host will emcee pre-game, in-game and post-game events while keeping fans engaged and entertained with crowd cheers throughout the duration of the game.

Team Mascots must be outgoing individuals who work well with others, including children and fans of all ages. Mascots are asked to perform at every home game as well as make appearances across the Inland Northwest.
