Guarantee individual promo items with the new Promo Seats

Springfield, MO - The Springfield Cardinals, Double-A affiliate of the 11-time World Champion St. Louis Cardinals, are excited to unveil the brand-new Cardinals Promo Seats at Hammons Field.

The Cardinals Promo Seat is a brand-new ticket option for games that feature a Promotional Giveaway Item. The Promo Seats Package includes one Diamond Box Ticket to the promotion game, guarantees that you receive one of that night's Promotional Items, plus a portion of the ticket sales will be given to the Hamels Foundation Cardinals Youth Initiative to provide tickets for area youth and non-profit organizations.

By purchasing the Promo Seats, fans will have an item reserved for them regardless of where they are in line or what time they arrive at the game. And, for the first time, out-of-town fans that order a Promo Seat Package can choose to have their Promotional Item mailed to them for an additional shipping and handling charge of $10 per item. Both out of town fans and those unable to make the game may donate their game ticket to the Hamels Foundation Cardinals Youth Initiative.

As a tribute to the number of former Springfield Cardinals that have made it to the Big Leagues, each Giveaway Night there will only be 61 total Promo Seat Packages available. So don't wait to order yours!

As a special benefit, Season Ticket Holders will have an early opportunity to order Promo Seat Packages starting on Tuesday, April 29th. Promo Seat Packages will then be available to all fans starting at 9am on Thursday, May 1, which is also the date of the first St. Louis Cardinals 2013 National League Championship Replica Ring Giveaway.

Promo Seat Packages will be just $28 each. The 61 items designated for Promo Seats will be in addition to the number of items handed out at the gates (typically 2,500) and the Promo Club, which is available exclusively to Season Ticket Holders. Fans that order a Promo Seat Package may pick up their Promotional Item at Guest Relations on the concourse during that night's game or at the Front Office anytime after that game.

The Salute to Military Program shines the spotlight on military personnel who have demonstrated outstanding military and community service and support for other veterans.
