Media Policies and PR Contact Information
Game Credentials: Credential requests are honored for accredited media on specific assignments and must be made through the Cardinals' Public Relations department. Writers or photographers working on a freelance basis will only receive credentials if the request is made by a recognized publication or news organization, or unless otherwise approved by the Cardinals Public Relations department. Season-long credentials are issued in March and will not be granted later than May; game-by-game credentials must be requested at least 24 hours prior to each home game. All credential requests should be submitted online.
Interview Requests: All interview requests for Springfield Cardinals players, coaches, executives or staff members should be directed to the Public Relations Department. All interview requests should be submitted in writing, preferably via email. See below for departmental contact information.

If a St. Louis Cardinals player is rehabbing with Springfield, interview times must be set up through the Cardinals Public Relations team.
Parking: Media parking is located in the North Sherman Parkway lot on the third base side of Hammons Field. Media should enter Hammons Field through the media and game day employee entrance located in that same lot. Select season media will receive parking p asses. All media with daily credentials will need to park in non-Cardinals owned lots surrounding Hammons Field.
Will Call: Credentials can be picked beginning four hours prior to game time at Gate 3 Will Call, located on the first base side of Hammons Field off Trafficway Street. Proper photo identification is required for pick up. If media will call is closed or the will call attendant hasn't received your credential, credentials will be available from the receptionist at the Cardinals Front Office.
Field: No person is allowed on the field unless that individual has credentials expressly for field priveleges. All non-uniformed personnel must leave the field following the national anthem.
Press Box and Dining Room: The Press Box and media dining area is located on Level 3 directly behind home plate. Media food is complimentary and reserved for credentialed media members and Cardinals staff.
Photographers: Photo wells are located at each end of the h ome and visiting dugouts and photographers who wish to shoot from the photo wells must receive approval from a member of the Cardinals' Public Relations team in advance. It is permissable to move between wells during inning breaks in a timely fashion. Respect for the players, coaching and on-field personnel must be observed at all times. Still photography, including with cell phones or mobile devices, is not allowed in either clubhouse unless authorized by the Public Relations team of each club.
NOTE: Credentialed members of the media are prohibited from requesting autographs at any time on the field or in the clubhouse. Violtion of this rule will result in immediate credential revocation.
