Baker's second inning solo shot easily cleared the fence in left center, giving the Cardinals a 1-0 lead that would hold until Missions 1B Taylor Kohlwey tied the game 1-1 with a fourth-inning RBI single.

San Antonio went ahead for good in the fifth with an RBI double off the bat of SS Chris Givin, who finished the night 2-for-4.
