PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - Time is running out to see the St. Lucie Mets in action in 2019! The team begins its penultimate home stand on Tuesday.
The Mets are home for six in a row at First Data Field through Sunday. First up is a three-game series against the Clearwater Threshers (Philadelphia) Tuesday-Thursday. The Mets welcome the Jupiter Hammerheads (Miami) to town Friday-Sunday.
Games start at 6:30 p.m. with the exception of Sunday which is a noon start.
Tickets to all games are available on www.stluciemets.com, over the phone by calling 772-871-2115 or at the ticket booth outside of Gate A on game days only (opens 4:30 p.m. on weekdays and Saturday, 10:30 a.m. Sunday).
Highlighting the home stand is the final Dollar Night of the season on Thursday and Back to School Night on Friday.
Below is a full list of happenings at the ballpark for the week:
Tuesday - 6:30 p.m.
-Fans 4 the Cure & Paint the Park Pink II: Ed Randall's Fans 4 the cure will be handing out information on prostate cancer and Making Strides against breast cancer encourages all fans to wear pink. Raffle tickets for a variety of items will be sold at the ballpark.
-Silver Sluggers Night: All Silver Sluggers members get in free and receive a free hot dog.
-Baseball Bingo: Free for all fans to play.
Wednesday - 6:30 p.m.
Thursday - 6:30 p.m.
-Strikeout Hunger Night: Bring two or more non-perishable food items and receive a free ticket to the game courtesy of the Treasure Coast Food Bank.
-Dollar Night: $1 Bud and Bud Light (8 oz. cans), $1 hot dogs, $1 soda and $1 popcorn.
Friday - 6:30 p.m.
-Back to School Night: All Treasure Coast students and teachers get in for free by showing their school ID at the ticket window. Pregame festival in the parking lot courtesy of the St. Lucie Chamber of Commerce.
-Family 4 Pack: Receive four general admission tickets, four hot dogs, four sodas, four ice cream sandwiches and one family size popcorn for $50.
-Kids Club Night: All Klutch's Kids Crew members get in free and receive a free ice cream.
-Fun Run Around the Bases for kids 12-and-under after the game.
Saturday - 6:30 p.m.
-Safe at Home Night: Domestic Violence Awareness Night, partnered with SafeSpace.
-GEICO Giveaway: The first 500 fans receive St. Lucie Mets themed socks courtesy of the GEICO local office.
Sunday - 12:00 p.m.
-ALS Ice Bucket Challenge: Immediately following the game join the Mets to break their record for the biggest Ice Bucket Challenge with over 100 other fans. Raffle tickets will be sold for a variety of items with all money benefitting ALwayS for ALS.
