ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES
Administrative offices are located in Richmond County Ballpark at St. George near the Hamilton Ave. entrance.
ALCHOHOL
New York State Law prohibits the selling of alcohol to any person under the age of 21. Each customer purchasing beer must be 21 years of age to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages at the ballpark. The Staten Island Yankees reserve the right to refuse any sale. Beer sales end at the conclusion of the seventh inning. Limit of two beers per person per purchase.
AUTOGRAPHS
Approximately 45 minutes to all Staten Island Yankees home games, their will be an autograph table featuring two select players. In addition, players will often sign autographs by the dugouts before and after each Staten Island Yankees home game. While requesting autographs, please be courteous to the players, as well as to those fans that are nearby. Keep in mind players will try to accommodate as many fans as they can, but are subject to other obligations both before and after the game. Please refrain from trying to get an autograph from a player during the game.

BACKPACKS & OTHER BAGS
All backpacks and other bags will be subject to search upon entry into Richmond County Bank Ballpark at St. George.
BIRTHDAY ANNOUNCEMENT
All in-game announcements are reserved for those who have purchased a group outing of 10 or more people. For more information please visit our Group tickets page.
BOX OFFICE
In-season: On game days during the season, the Box Office is open from 10 A.M. until the end of the game. Tickets to future home games are available at the stadium's main box office near the corner of Richmond Terrace and Wall Street. On non-gamedays the Box Office is open Monday-Friday from 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. Off-season: Please call us at 718-720-9265

CAMERAS
Cameras are permitted in Richmond County Bank Ballpark at St. George. We ask that fans refrain from using flash photography. Video cameras are not permitted in the ballpark
CHILDREN
Children two years or younger do not need a ticket provided that the child shares a seat with a ticket holder.
CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE
A ticket is a revocable license, subject to termination with denial of admission at management discretion upon refund of the purchase price and subject to relocation with denial of admission or removal from the facility without compensation, should the holder act in a disorderly manner or violate management's rules or regulations. The resale, or attempted resale, of any ticket at any price, even face value or less, is grounds for seizure and cancellation of any ticket without compensation. Tickets may not be distributed on the premises. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources that may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit are void. The Staten Island Yankees reserve the right to revoke ticket privileges of any fan whose tickets are found in the hands of scalpers.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT
The Staten Island Yankees are committed to maintaining a family atmosphere at Richmond County Bank Ballpark at St. George. Failure to observe the following rules will and behavior guidelines will be grounds for expulsion:
- Do not trespass on the field or in the clubhouse
- The throwing of any object in the stands or onto the playing field is strictly prohibited
- Anyone who uses foul or abusive language, appears intoxicated, or otherwise disrupts the family atmosphere of the ballpark will be asked to leave.

FIRST AID
If you or someone in your group requires first aid, contact the nearest usher or stadium employee for assistance. They will escort you to the First Aid Station located on the main concourse level along the third-base line.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE / COOLERS
New York-Penn league rules prohibit any outside food or beverages being brought to the ballpark.
FOUL BALLS
The Staten Island Yankees are happy to have fans keep any baseball hit or thrown into the stands. However, any ball or bat hit into the stands may be dangerous, so please be alert at all times when inside the ballpark.

GAME TIMES
Most Monday through Saturday games begin at 7:00 P.M. Sunday games begin at either 1:00 PM or 4:00 PM, check the online schedule for any exceptions by clicking here.
GATES
The gates at Richmond County Bank Ballpark at St. George open one hour prior to game time.

INFORMATION
The Fan Services Booth is located behind home plate (Section 9) on the concourse level of the stadium. Fans may pick up schedules, prizes, or lost and found items at Fan Services before, during, or after a game.
INJURIES
The Staten Island Yankees are not liable for any harm, injury, or damages sustained by any spectator's property, including all risk whether foreseen or unforeseen.

LOST AND FOUND
Lost and found items should be taken to the Fan Services booth behind home plate (Section 9).

MEDIA POLICY
Any ticket holder, and minor accompanying the ticket holder, irrevocably grants, and thus waives any privacy, publicity, or other similar claim, to Nostalgic Partners LLC and their licensees the unrestricted right to use his or her voice, image, picture, likeness, or biography in any and all media, in all languages, at any time, for any purpose, for use worldwide and in perpetuity. Photographs, videos, or other accounts or descriptions of the game or game-related activities created by the ticket holder or other distribution to any commercial enterprise, and any public performance or display are strictly prohibited.

PARKING
There is a parking garage located next to Richmond County Bank Ballpark at St. George. The garage is located at 155 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, NY 10301. Parking is $6 for Staten Island Yankees games but $8 at all other times. For more details visit our Parking Page.
PETS
With the exception of seeing-eye dogs, or special Staten Island Yankees promotional games, pets are not permitted in the ballpark.
PRE-ORDERED TICKETS
Tickets that were ordered over the phone prior to the day of the game may be picked up during regular ticket office hours or on the day of the game at Will Call located at the main gate at the corner of Richmond Terrace and Wall Street.

RAIN CHECKS
In the event that a game is not played, a ticket can be exchanged for an equal or lesser value ticket to any subsequent regular season game in the issued season, subject to availability. Tickets must be exchanged on a ticket for ticket basis at the Staten Island Yankees ticket office. A game is considered legal after 5 innings are played, except when the Yankees are leading after 4 1/2 innings. Suspended game tickets cannot be exchanged. If this ticket is complimentary, it is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
A ticket cannot be replaced if lost or destroyed. All game times are subject to change and no such change shall entitle the holder to a refund of the purchase price for this or any other Staten Island Yankees Ticket.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located on the main concourse inside the ballpark. Diaper-changing tables are available in both the men's and women's rooms. There are also two family restrooms located in the ballpark. If there are problems in the bathroom that need attention please contact the nearest Staten Island Yankees employee.

SMOKING POLICY
For the health and comfort of all fans, smoking is strictly prohibited at Richmond County Bank Ballpark at St. George; this includes smokeless tobacco and e-cigarettes. Smoking areas are available outside any ballpark gate.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
Richmond County Bank Ballpark at St. George is wheelchair accessible. There are wheelchair-accessible seats at the top of the seating bowl along the box and reserve sections. Folding chairs are also available for companion seating. Fans with special requests or needs may visit the Fan Services booth, behind home plate (Section 9), for assistance.
