Staten Island Yankees Announce 2019 Promotional Schedule

STATEN ISLAND - It all starts on Opening Day versus the Brooklyn Cyclones, Saturday, June 15^th, at Richmond County Bank Ballpark at St. George as the first 1,500 fans will go home with an Opening Day T-Shirt presented by Richmond County Savings Bank. It is also be Military and FDNY Appreciation Night, featuring vehicles on display, a spectacular fireworks show after the game, and more!
The Staten Island Yankees will have 14 fireworks shows throughout the season. The dates include: June 15, June 22, July 3, July 19, July 20, July 26, July 27, August 2, August 3, August 16, August 21 (New-York Penn League All Star Game), August 23, August 24, and August 30.
With your help we were able to select our 20^th Anniversary All Time Roster with some of the best Staten Island Yankees in history. The winners, which will be announced soon, are going to be featured in a baseball card set that we are giving away on three days. Join us June 18^th, June 19^th, and June 20^th where the first 1,000 fans will receive a strip of six unique cards from the set. And make sure you come out to all three games to collect the entire set!
Shoot and score with us on Thursday, June 20^th, for our Women's Soccer Night where we will be joined by the Sky Blue FC. During the night we will have soccer trivia, recognize Sky Blue FC players on the field, and have some other opportunities to win prizes!
Join us Saturday, June 22^nd at the ballpark as the first 2,500 fans will receive a drawstring bag courtesy of NY's 529 College Savings Program. There will be a scout sleepover that night as local scout groups will camp on the field after the game. And don't forget about our second scout sleepover after the game on Saturday, August 3^rd.
Come celebrate the Irish culture and history on Staten Island by coming out on Thursday, June 27^th for Irish Heritage Night. We will have a special performance by the New York Studio of Irish Step Dance and other themed events.
Get ready for the holiday weekend by spending Wednesday, July 3^rd at the ballpark when we will have our Independence Day celebration with an amazing post-game fireworks show, presented by Nordstrom Rack and Empire Outlets.
Fore! Stay out of the rough and join us for our Golf Day on Sunday, July 7^th. The FedEx Cup and the Northern Trust Tournament trophy will be at the ballpark for fans to take pictures.
Sneak out of work early and catch a special first pitch time of 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9^th, for our Small Business Day presented by Franklin Group.
This summer will once again feature three great Camp Days, each game will have a special first pitch time for youth camps throughout the tri-state area. Dates and times include: Thursday, July 18^th (11 a.m.), Monday, July 22^nd (11:00 a.m.), and Thursday, August 15^th (12:00 p.m.).
Feel the burn on Friday, July 19^th, for our Health & Fitness night. We will have numerous vendors on our concourse from health and fitness organizations across the area. Plus, the first 1,000 fans will receive a Scooter Workout Bobblehead presented by Healthfirst.
Get in the holiday spirit on Sunday, July 21^st, for Halfway to the Holidays, presented by the Salvation Army. The team will be wearing special Salvation Army jerseys that will be auctioned off during the game.
Enjoy a free hot dog, thanks to Sabrett, on Friday, July 26^th, for our Knockout Addiction Night. And enjoy another free hot dog on Friday, August 23^rd, which is also our Mental Health Awareness night presented by Venture House.
Help us thank the wonderful men and women of the New York City Police Department on Saturday, July 27^th, for our NYPD Appreciation Night.
Saturday, August 3^rd, is for the girls! Join us for Ladies Night, where we will have several women's organizations in attendance and a speech from a member of Women in Development.
Join Scooter and friends to celebrate the Holy Cow's birthday in style on Sunday, August 4^th. The first 1,000 fans ages 12 and under will receive a Scooter Birthday puzzle.
Who let the dogs out? We did! Bring your four-legged friend with you to the game on Sunday, August 11^th for our Dog Days of Summer presented by VCA Animal Hospitals. The first 1,000 fans will receive a dog bandana thanks to VCA Animal Hospitals. We will also have mobile dog grooming, dog licensing, and more.
What would a 20^th Anniversary season be without a Throwback Thursday to the roaring 1920s? On Thursday, August 29^th, enjoy a fun-filled night.
Take the stage with us on Friday, August 30^th, for our Broadway at the Ballpark night. Enjoy special performances throughout the night and sing along to Broadway hits. The first 1,000 fans will receive a Staten Island Yankees 20^th Anniversary Poster.
The 2019 regular season wraps up on Sunday, September 1^st, with our Fan Appreciation day. Join us for one last hoorah before the playoffs begin.
