GROUP SALES FAQs

What is the minimum for a group?

The minimum is 10 people.

How do I reserve tickets and will we sit together?

You can reserve your group tickets with a $120 non-refundable deposit. Your Sales Executive will find seats that are all together based on your seating preference. Final payment would be required two weeks prior to the game date. No refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased.

Do you have group ticket options that include food?

Yes! We have out Ballpark Meal Deal, Food & Beverage Card, All-You-Can-Eat, and Picnic Tickets.

Are there any additional costs or ticket fees?

There is a single $5 service fee on your entire order.

Who do I contact to order my group tickets?

Contact any of our Group Sales Executives by calling (718) 720-9265 ex. 5.

Can we select more than one group ticket option for our group?

Yes, you can choose different options that best serve your group members.

When are your Fireworks Nights?

We have fireworks after every Friday and Saturday night game.

Can I add on/take away tickets from my order?

You can add on tickets at any time, based on availablility. However, any ticket option with food must be added no later than 48 hours in advance. You can take away from your total number of tickets reserved prior to payment in full.

75 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, NY 10301. Adjacent to the Staten Island Ferry Terminal
