Ports Announce West As Community Relations Manager

STOCKTON, Calif. -STOCKTON, Calif. - The Stockton Ports recently hired Bailey West to serve as the team's Community Relations Manager. Ports General Manager Luke Reiff made the announcement. West is a recent graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles where she coordinated Community Relations and baseball marketing for the UCLA Athletic Department. West, a Bay Area native spent the 2011 season as an intern with the Oakland Athletics Community Relations department. Most recently she was a member of the Premium Services team with the Oakland Raiders & Los Angeles Dodgers. "I am excited to add yet another extremely talented and educated individual to our front office" said Reiff. "Bailey's background in professional baseball and her passion for the sport will make her a great addition to our team" added Reiff.

Miss West will oversee the Ports Community Relations Department, in particular coordinating the Baseball by the Books reading program with the area schools, Pink Night, as well as the numerous other community minded projects.
