Chiefs, RailRiders to play two Friday

Thursday's game suspended in fourth

Tonight's game between the Syracuse Chiefs and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders was suspended due to rain at the conclusion of three and one-half innings. The game will be resumed on Friday at 5:00 with the RailRiders leading the Chiefs 2-1. Friday's originally scheduled game will be played following the conclusion of Thursday night's suspended game.

The Chiefs and RailRiders will play the final of a four-game series on Friday night at 7:00. Syracuse sends left-handed pitcher Danny Rosenbaum to the mound against Scranton/Wilkes-Barre right-hander Brett Marshall.

Tickets for Firefighters Night and Eagle Newspaper Night can be redeemed for the rest of this regular season. All other regularly purchased tickets and parking stubs for today's game can be redeemed for up to one year from today's date. Tickets for all Chiefs home games can also be purchased online at syracusechiefs.com, by calling 315-474-7833 or in person at the Chiefs ticket office. Fans can use the team's new ticketing system, which allows fans to select their seats online and print their tickets from home. Full- and partial-season ticket plans are also available through each of the same three methods.
