Syracuse Chiefs to host haunted house
The CarnEVIL of Chiefsville will be open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights for three consecutive weeks starting October 11. Brave souls who dare venture into the haunted house will be treated to a self-guided tour through the depths of the stadium filled with thrills, chills, and unique twists not seen elsewhere. Guests will venture into rooms of the stadium typically closed to the public and will experience first-hand why those areas are off-limits.
Admission to the haunted house is only $10 per person and the ballpark will be open from 6:00pm to 11:00pm on each night of the event. Refreshments will be available for purchase and Halloween-themed programming will be shown on the 30' x 55' video scoreboard for guests to enjoy.
"We are very excited to add this event to our off-season marketing mix," said Chiefs General Manager John Simone. "Following the success of the Syracuse Beer Festival, the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League reunion, and the football watch parties, the CarnEVIL of Chiefsville is another unique way for us to utilize the ballpark for the purpose of entertainment to the community."
